उत्सव: दो दिवसीय दलित सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम

नयी दिल्ली में आगामी 15-16 मार्च को दलित फ़ाउंडेशन के तत्वाधान में एक दो दिवसीय सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम 'उत्सव' का आयोजन किया जा रहा है. कार्यक्रम का ब्यौरा इस प्रकार है:
